New name, identity and website for Svill eiendom AS
Svill eiendom AS is a real estate company based in Oslo. skyfer was hired to come up with a new name for the former "Oslo Røde Kors Eiendom." The company wanted to differentiate from their former identity and mother company. As a result the name Svill eiendom was chosen. As a further development skyfer has designed a new identity and website for the company.
A goal in the project was to simplify the user experience and -journey where the result and main delivery has been focused around the new website. Envolving the stakeholders in every part of the project made sure everyone involved got their say from wire frame to finished product.
In Norwegian, the word "svill" translates to the bottom horisontal beam in a building construction. This strong story telling word was used when designing the new logo and identity. skyfer was in charge of the concept development from wireframe and prototype to finished product. In the process of developing a new website, a focus on an optimal user experience was maintained. Interviews and workshops with the different actors and stakeholders made gave key insights which were implemented in the website. Saving time for the administration was a vital goal. Through digitalization of information and processes such as a new digital application form for new tenants, the new website offers a simplified yet precise information.
